« Let us Open up Pathways of Hope... »
The elections are over: the results have been sent, by post, to the sisters of the Congregation.
“Nothing can stop the living water which dashes down from the heights and carves its bed along its course.
The wind from the sea still murmurs in the wheat, tosses the boats and calls us to look beyond ourselves. As in the past, we must lift our eyes Towards the splendour of the world and towards human suffering."
At this stage of the Chapter when we are developing the Orientations, it is good to come back to these extracts from the poem “The Hidden Source” written by Madeleine le Saux, DHS.

“Nothing can stop the living water…” ! Here we are, insistently invited to open up a pathway which calls us to a creative fidelity the furrow was opened by “the humble people who, one day, did quite simply what their heart told them had to be done”
Together and in company with many other, “Let us open up pathways of hope, there where God dwells in today’s world.”
