<\/em><\/strong>– Earth\u2019s pain<\/strong> is increasingly felt through our irresponsibility, caused by: fires, deforestation, tidal waves, droughts, floods, melting glaciers, extreme heat waves, hurricanes, pollution of various kinds, all of which cause massive destruction to our planet, migration and loss of human life. Earth is howling, because it’s being mistreated.<\/strong>
– In this Lenten season, can we hear and see the pain we are causing: to our planet, to millions of people and to the victims of environmental disasters?<\/strong>
– Take a moment of silence to contemplate the beauty of nature<\/strong>: the earth, plants, the air we breathe, the benefits of fire, water, the sun, the moon, the stars, clouds, animals, human beings created in God’s image, the notion of time…and so on.<\/p>\n
to thank God for his many gifts and to praise
and praise his work in creation<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
God of Love<\/strong>, with Earth, we ask you to free us from greed, selfishness and indifference.
Merciful God<\/strong>, with air, water and wind, we ask you to help us rid ourselves of pollution.
Wonderful God<\/strong>, with the forest, fire, birds and animals, give us the strength not to destroy them ourselves and the delicate webs that bind our ecosystems and all life together.

<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>- La douleur de la terre<\/strong> se fait de plus en plus entendre par\u00a0notre irresponsabilit\u00e9 provoquante : incendies, d\u00e9forestations, raz-de- mar\u00e9e, s\u00e9cheresses, inondations, fonte de glaciers, vagues des chaleur extr\u00eames, ouragans, pollutions diverses, tout cela provoque les destructions massives de notre plan\u00e8te, les migrations et des pertes humaines. La terre hurle, parce qu\u2019elle est maltrait\u00e9e.
- En ce temps de Car\u00eame<\/strong> pouvons-nous entendre, voir, la douleur que nous causons \u00e0 notre plan\u00e8te, \u00e0 des millions de personnes et aux victimes des catastrophes environnementales\u00a0?
<\/strong>- Prendre un temps de silence pour contempler la beaut\u00e9 de la nature<\/strong>\u00a0: la terre, les plantes, l\u2019air qui nous permet de respirer, les bienfaits du feu, l\u2019eau, le soleil, la lune, les \u00e9toiles, les nuages, les animaux, les \u00eatres humains cr\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019image de Dieu, la notion du temps\u2026etc.<\/p>

Dieu d\u2019Amour<\/strong>, avec la terre, nous te demandons de nous lib\u00e9rer de l\u2019avidit\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9go\u00efsme et de l\u2019indiff\u00e9rence.
Dieu Mis\u00e9ricordieux<\/strong>, avec l\u2019air, l\u2019eau et le vent, nous te demandons de nous aider \u00e0 nous d\u00e9barrasser de toute pollution.
Dieu Merveilleux,<\/strong> avec la for\u00eat, le feu, les oiseaux et les animaux, donne-nous la force de ne pas les d\u00e9truire nous-m\u00eame et les toiles d\u00e9licates qui relient nos \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes et toute la vie.
