Search for:\u00a0 West sac olg<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Ministry:<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>Dede was employed by the State of California in the Legislative Bill room at the State Capitol before transferring to the State Talking Book Library, where she served as a Reader Advisor until her retirement. She happily took up several ministries at the parish, serving for many years as extraordinary minister of Communion to the home bound.\u00a0 Another ministry she carried on until just the last few weeks before she was hospitalized was \u201ctaxi\u201d service for older parishioners who needed a lift to church.\u00a0 This included Sunday and daily Mass.\u00a0 For several years, Dede was the only reader at daily Masses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Associate She was a Consecrated Secular from 2003-2019 t hen returned to the Associates.
