This time of recovery marks an important step in their journey and their commitment within our community family lived in a spirit of fraternity, joy and thanksgiving.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Beyond this moment of welcome, this meeting allowed our community to present the fruit of a long work carried out throughout the year in the development of our Project: <em>&#8220;Mission of our community&#8221;,<\/em> the result of a collective approach.<br \/><\/strong>Together, we took the time to reread our history, to listen to the calls of the present and to discern the paths that we are invited to take. Each sister was able to bring her reflection, experience and sensitivity to build a common vision.<br \/>To present this mission, we chose <strong><em>the symbol of a boat<\/em><\/strong>, echoing our orientation of the year: <strong>&#8220;Let\u2019s continue to move towards the other shore.&#8221;<\/strong> This image reminds us that our community is on its way, called to move forward together. The sea represents the challenges, obstacles and sometimes difficult realities that we face in carrying out our mission. The hull of the boat symbolizes our strengths, which carries us and allows us to hold in the crossing: our history, our Family Daughters of the Holy Spirit and our shared riches. Finally, the sail evokes our actions, our inspirations and everything that helps us to move forward, guided by the Spirit and open to the calls of the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This patient and shared work has allowed us to highlight what makes up our community\u2019s richness, the values that unite us and the commitments we wish to continue to uphold. Our mission wants to be an open path, faithful to our vocation, attentive to the realities of the world and to the needs of those we meet. The presence of our Regional Councillor gave a special dimension to this stage.
