We have begun this journey with confidence, joy and enthusiasm and here we are at an important turning point: our companions Christiane and Sally are going to pass the baton, the march continues with the assurance of always being led by the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n
Twenty years ago, the Bishop of Saint Brieuc, Monsignor Fruchaud, said to us: \u201cLet us be led by the Holy Spirit, he will show you the road to follow. He will always be your companion on the road. Be witnesses of the living Christ, let the Word of God transform you unceasingly, God will never fail you.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Today, the message received during the Eucharistic celebration tells us: “Let us dare to blow on the embers with confidence so that hearts may be warmed” in the manner of the disciples of Emmaus, who open their eyes and their hearts, and in the manner of our foundresses and those who preceded us, let us be witnesses who proclaim: the Lord is truly risen! A simple and beautiful celebration at the end of their annual Regional Assembly: sharing memories of the beginnings over a welcome coffee. Then, during the Sunday Eucharist at the Motherhouse, thanksgiving for the past 20 years and renewal of the vows of the lay consecrated women. The Gospel of the Disciples of Emmaus, meditated by Fr. Jean Hamon, the songs and the organ, revived in the hearts the joy and peace of Easter. To conclude: an excellent meal, preceded by an aperitif, taken in fraternity. It was at the Mother House that we celebrated the 20th anniversary of the “Secular Branch Daughters of the Holy Spirit”. It took place in the greatest simplicity and thanksgiving. We were a small group of 15 people, but we felt a great fraternity, the joy of the road traveled and the fruit that has given, here and to the end of the world, the seed sown by Marie-Balavenne, Ren\u00e9e Burel and our first sisters. We thought of all of you who were unable to attend.
