Catherine ense\u00f1\u00f3 en las siguientes escuelas:\u00a0 All Hallows, Moosup, CT; St. Mary&#8217;s, Putnam, CT\u00a0; \u00a0St. Joseph, Burlington, VT\u00a0; \u00a0y St. Anthony, Bridgeport, CT\u00a0; incluyendo su servicio como directora de la escuela St. Martin de Porres en Gadsden, AL durante 15 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de recibir su certificado LPN en 1978 trabaj\u00f3 en el ministerio de migrantes en Princess Ann, MD.\u00a0 Joseph Villa y en la Casa Provincial, ambas en Putnam, CT.\u00a0 La Hna. Catherine sinti\u00f3 durante mucho tiempo la llamada a ser misionera y en 1983 se convirti\u00f3 en enfermera misionera en una cl\u00ednica prenatal en Ile Ife, Nigeria. Cuando la Hna. Catherine regres\u00f3 a los Estados Unidos continu\u00f3 como enfermera en la Casa Provincial de Putnam, CT. En 1986 la Hna. Catherine regres\u00f3 a San Mart\u00edn de Porres en Gadsden, AL como asistente pastoral donde se dedic\u00f3 al ministerio con los pobres.\u00a0 En 1988 fue a Jeremie, Hait\u00ed, como misionera durante un breve per\u00edodo.\u00a0 De 1990 a 2005 la Hna. Catherine trabaj\u00f3 con la Asociaci\u00f3n de Enfermeras Visitadoras en Waterbury, CT. Luego regres\u00f3 a la Casa Provincial donde sirvi\u00f3 como sacristana. La Hna.
