Professional equipment for the Center for sewing, embroidery and knitting.
In Nigeria, the Sisters meet young women and adolescents who have abandoned school, be they pregnant or rejected by their families. In order to help these young women cope and earn their living, sewing and embroidery are proposed activities.
Ø Project: To buy a sewing and embroidery machine to improve the quality of work of the young women who make cardigans to earn their living.
Ø Objectives: - To form young women or adolescents, school drop-outs from the villages where the Sisters of the Congregation participate in sewing and embroidery. - To permit disadvantaged families to buy cheaper cardigans from these young women.
